During high-volume periods or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier. SNZRFTC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SNZRFTC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect details may not be refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier. However, SNZRFTC cannot guarantee replacements for lost packages once marked as delivered.

Limited Releases

Due to the limited nature of our products, once an item is sold out, it cannot be replaced.
